Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Brains4Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

Brains4Cloud is a study platform for cloud certifications. We offer practice exams, practice questions with AI-assisted explanations, interactive labs simulating cloud portals, and progress tracking by domain.

We are not an official certification body and are not affiliated with Microsoft, AWS, Google, HashiCorp, or other certification providers. Passing our practice exams or completing our labs does not guarantee passing an official exam.

3. AI-generated content

Some of the platform's content — including question explanations — is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence models. Although we review the content, we do not guarantee its absolute accuracy. Use it as a complementary study tool, not as your sole source of preparation.

4. User accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • An account is for personal use — do not share it with third parties.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

5. Plans and payments

  • The free plan includes access to demo practice exams and labs at no cost.
  • Paid plans are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile — access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • One-time payments (lifetime or per-certification access) are non-refundable except as indicated in our refund policy.

6. Refund policy

We offer a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Only applies to monthly or annual subscriptions — one-time payments (lifetime or per-certification access) are non-refundable.
  • Only within the first 7 days of your initial subscription — the refund does not apply to subsequent renewal periods (second month, second year, etc.).
  • Combined usage under 2 — exams and labs count toward the same counter. An exam counts once you have answered 20% or more of its questions; a lab counts from the moment you start it, regardless of whether you finish it. If the combined total reaches 2 or more, the refund does not apply. Examples: 2 exams, 2 labs started, or 1 exam + 1 lab started → no refund.

To request a refund, write to us at information@brains4cloud.com from the email address associated with your account. If you meet the conditions, you can also request it directly from your profile on the platform.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Brains4Cloud — questions, explanations, labs, design, and code — is the property of TerrasNova LLC. Copying, redistributing, selling, or publishing the platform's content without written authorization is not permitted. Our questions are original and do not come from brain dumps or unauthorized materials.

8. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the platform for illegal activities.
  • Attempting to breach the security of the system.
  • Scraping or automated extraction of content.
  • Sharing or reselling access to your account.
  • Posting the platform's questions on forums, social media, or other sites.

9. Limitation of liability

Brains4Cloud is a study tool. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in passing a certification exam. Content is provided "as is" without guarantees of absolute accuracy. In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with 30 days' prior notice for material changes. In the event of full discontinuation, we will refund any unused prepaid time.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Minor changes (typo corrections, clarifications with no impact on your rights) are reflected by updating the date on this page without prior notice.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless the parties agree to use mediation or arbitration.
