In AI-901: Azure AI Vision (formerly Cognitive Services - Computer Vision) provides these capabilities. Use cases: moderating inappropriate images, describing the content of a photo, reading text in images (OCR). Today images are also interpreted with multimodal models in Microsoft Foundry.
